  1. Increases Testosterone Zinc is a powerful hormone balancer. It can help prevent the excess conversion of DHEA to estrogen for improved testosterone production. Studies have shown that increased zinc supplementation can increase testosterone levels.

 

  1. Improves Quantity and Composition of Sperm Sufficient zinc intake can lead to an increase in spermatogenesis, also known as sperm production, and improved composition of the sperm.
